Strictly Prohibited Activities

Using oneSubnet services for the following activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund:

Illegal Activities

— Any activity violating French or international law
— Distribution of illegal content
— Hacking, malware distribution, phishing
— Spam and mass unsolicited emails

Network Attacks

— DDoS attacks launched from our servers
— Unauthorized port scanning
— Brute force on third-party systems
— Exploitation of vulnerabilities

Resource Abuse

— Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining
— Excessive bandwidth usage
— Continuous 100% CPU usage
— Hosting open public proxies (TOR exit nodes)

Prohibited Content

— Defamatory or libelous content
— Copyright or intellectual property violations
— Violent or shocking content
— Unauthorized collection of personal data

Sanctions

In case of violation, oneSubnet reserves the right to: immediately suspend the service, terminate the account without notice or refund, and report to the competent authorities if necessary.
