Referral program

Article 1 — Purpose
These terms define the rules of the OneSubnet Referral Program (the "Program"), accessible from the client area at https://my.onesubnet.com. They form an appendix to the Terms of Service (ToS). In case of conflict, these terms prevail for the Program.
Article 2 — Definitions
- Referrer: an OneSubnet client holding an active referral code.
- Referee: a new client who registers and orders using the Referrer's code or link.
- Referral code / link: a unique identifier used to associate an order with a Referrer.
- Billing cycle: the billed period of a service (monthly, quarterly, etc.). The first cycle is the first invoice issued for a given service.
Article 3 — Participation
The Program is open to any adult with an active OneSubnet account.
To become a Referrer, the client must submit an application from their client area and explicitly accept the ToS and these terms. OneSubnet reserves the right to accept or refuse an application, without obligation to justify.
If refused, a new application may be submitted after a 3-day period.
OneSubnet may suspend or revoke a referral code in case of breach of these terms.
Article 4 — Referee discount
Any Referee using a valid referral code or link receives a 10% discount on the price of the ordered product.
This discount applies only to the first billing cycle (the first invoice of the service). Renewals and subsequent cycles are billed at the standard rate.
The discount applies only to eligible products and cannot be combined with another promotion or promo code on the same order.
Article 5 — Referrer commission
The Referrer earns a 10% commission calculated on the amount actually paid by the Referee (i.e., after applying the discount in Article 4 and any reduction, excluding taxes).
The commission is generated only on the first billing cycle of the referred service. Renewals, extensions and re-subscriptions generate no commission.
Example: for a service at €10/month, the Referee pays €9 on the first invoice (−10%). The Referrer earns 10% of €9, i.e. €0.90.
No commission is due if the order is refunded, cancelled, disputed (chargeback) or fraudulent.
Self-referral is prohibited: a Referrer may not refer their own account, nor use their own code.
Article 6 — Link validity and association
The association between an order and a Referrer is established via the referral cookie, valid for 30 days after the link is clicked, or via manual entry of the code at checkout.
If multiple codes are used on the same order, the last one entered prevails. OneSubnet cannot be held responsible for a wrong association due to a Referee error.
Article 7 — Commission payout and withdrawal
Commissions become withdrawable after a 1-day period following their validation, and only in EUR.
The minimum withdrawal is €20. Withdrawal requests are made from the client area.
Payouts are made via PayPal or bank transfer (IBAN), to the details provided by the Referrer. Any fees charged by these providers are borne by the Referrer.
OneSubnet reserves a reasonable timeframe to process withdrawal requests and may request supporting documents and identity verification (anti-money laundering / fraud).
Commissions not withdrawn within 24 months of their acquisition date are deemed abandoned and may be cancelled.
Article 8 — Prohibited practices
The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate cancellation of commissions and removal from the Program, without prejudice to any legal action:
- self-referral or creating multiple accounts to generate commissions;
- spam, mass unsolicited sending, or use of purchased address lists;
- false advertising, false promises, or impersonation of the OneSubnet brand;
- circumventing these terms or any attempt at fraud.
The Referrer is solely responsible for the content and legality of their promotional materials.
Article 9 — Personal data and GDPR
Data controller: OneSubnet (see Legal Notice). Data processed under the Program: identity of the Referrer and Referee, withdrawal details, commission and withdrawal history.
Purposes & legal basis: management and execution of the Program (contract / legitimate interest), security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Logging (audit): for security, traceability and fraud prevention reasons, Program actions (application, ToS acceptance, payments, commission payouts, withdrawal requests) are recorded with a timestamp, the user's IP address and browser. No sensitive banking data (card number, cryptogram) and no password is logged. These logs are kept for the strictly necessary duration (maximum 12 months) and then deleted.
Rights: under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data. These rights are exercised in writing with OneSubnet. The handling of certain requests may be limited by legal retention obligations applicable to security logs.

Article 10 — Tracking and evidence
OneSubnet's computer records, in particular the audit logs mentioned in Article 9, constitute evidence of the operations carried out under the Program. In case of discrepancy between these records and any other document, OneSubnet's records prevail.
Article 11 — Changes and suspension of the Program
OneSubnet reserves the right to change these terms, the commission and discount rates, and the withdrawal terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Commissions already earned remain due under the terms in force at the time of their acquisition. OneSubnet may suspend or close the Program at any time, with reasonable notice.
Article 12 — Liability
OneSubnet makes every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the Program but cannot be held responsible for interruptions, association errors, or technical failures beyond its control. The Program is provided "as is".
Article 13 — Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the Program will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, it will be brought before the competent French courts.
